IIBA BABOK第三版推出Business Analysis Core Concept Model(BACCM),推出六大核心概念:
在我的定義中,商業分析就是:在時時變動(Change)的環境(Contexts)下, 透過與關係人(Stakeholder)的交流互動,找出吻合需要(Need)能夠帶來價值(Value)的解決方案(Solution)。
所以,當在我們執行商業分析的各項任務(Task)時,應該隨時提醒自己觀察這六大因素的變化,並從中入手。
- Change: A controlled transformation of the enterpirse.
- Need: A probelm, opportunity, or constraint with potential value to a stakeholder. Need can cause changes to motivating stakeholders to act.
- Solution: A specific way to satsifying one or more needs in a context
- Value: The worth, importance, or usefulness of something to a stakeholder within a context.
- Stakeholder: A group of individual with a relationship to the change or the solution.
- Context: The circumstances that form the setting for a change and allows for futher understanding and assessment of the change. Change occur within change.
